Defective or Damaged Products: If your frame arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement immediately. Customers should report any issues promptly and provide supporting evidence, such as photos, to process the claim.
Errors on the Company's Part: We try our upmost to get it right, but sometimes Human errors are inevitable. If we make a mistake in the customisation process (e.g., spelling errors, wrong colour, incorrect design), we will accept responsibility and issue a replacement immediately.
