1. Introduction

Welcome to Display With Pride Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via our website, by invoice, or through direct communication (e.g. social media messages). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms, so please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Our Products & Services

We create handcrafted and self-assembly display frames, including bespoke pieces through our “Assembled by Leah” service. All of our items are made to order, and many are personalised or fully custom-designed. This means:

  • Slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our work.

  • No two frames are ever exactly alike — that’s the beauty of them.

  • All layouts are custom-created based on the unique materials, photos, and themes you provide.

3. Placing an Order

Orders can be placed via:

Once you’ve submitted your order:

  • For self-assembly frames, you’ll receive confirmation via email.

  • For custom work, your order will move into our design queue once we receive your items and any required preferences (e.g. text, colours, layout ideas).

  • We will always confirm your layout with you before final assembly.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full before work begins or before dispatch (unless a deposit arrangement has been agreed in writing).

  • We accept payment via [insert accepted methods – e.g., PayPal, card, bank transfer].

  • For custom work, failure to pay may result in delays or cancellation.

  • All prices are in GBP and may include VAT where applicable.

5. Custom Orders & Layout Design

If you choose our “Assembled by Leah” service:

  • You will send us personal items (photos, tickets, letters, etc.) to be included in the layout.

  • Once received, we will design a layout and send it to you digitally for approval.

  • You must approve your layout before we begin final framing.

  • Once approved, no further changes can be made.

  • We choose the frame size and layout to best fit your items, unless otherwise discussed.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

❌ Custom Orders

Due to the personalised nature of our work, custom and bespoke items are non-refundable once design work has started. This applies to:

  • “Assembled by Leah” orders

  • Any order where you’ve provided personalised content (photos, names, colours, etc.)

This policy is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which allow exemptions for personalised goods.

If you change your mind before design work has begun, please contact us urgently and we will do our best to help — but we are not obliged to refund or cancel once your layout is underway.

🛍 Standard (Non-Custom) Orders

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to cancel and return any non-personalised items.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • You are responsible for return postage.

  • Refunds are processed once the item is returned and inspected.

🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 14 days with clear photographs.

  • We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.

  • Minor aesthetic differences or natural materials (e.g. wood grain) do not count as faults.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • All shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout or included in your invoice.

  • Timescales are clearly displayed. You are responsible for ensuring they work for you. We reserve the right to make a partial refund to cover the cost of any work already carried out.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers.

  • Risk passes to you once your order is handed to the delivery service.

  • For custom orders, turnaround times will vary based on design complexity and current queue. We will always keep you updated.

8. Sending Items to Us

If your order involves posting personal items to us:

  • You are responsible for securely packaging and sending your items.

  • We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit to us.

  • Once received, your items will be stored safely and used in your design.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, layouts, images, and written content created by us remain the intellectual property of Display With Pride Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs without permission.

By sending us personal images or text for use in a custom frame, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and share them.

10. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for:

  • Any loss of sentimental value

  • Any indirect or consequential losses

  • Delays due to courier services or events outside our control

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product ordered.

11. Privacy

We care about your privacy and handle your personal information with care. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for full details. We will never sell your data.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
