No Returns Policy: Our Frames are a custom made product, they are personalised and made to order. They are not eligible for returns, since they are tailored to the customer's specifications and cannot be resold to other customers.

Defective or Damaged Products: If your frame arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement immediately. Customers should report any issues promptly and provide supporting evidence, such as photos, to process the claim.

Errors on the Company's Part: We try our upmost to get it right, but sometimes Human errors are inevitable. If we make a mistake in the customisation process (e.g., spelling errors, wrong colour, incorrect design), we will accept responsibility and issue a replacement immediately.
All our frames are well wrapped, packaged and boxed to minimise the risk of damage on it’s way to you. As we are aware, what happens to them when they leave us is completely out of our control.
We offer 3 shipping options which range in price depending on how quickly you would like to receive your frame. Our Standard time frame is 7 - 10 Working Days. Please note all frames are made from scratch and are cut personalised to each individual customer.
